Great news! X-rays were done yesterday on Dave's hand, arm, femur, and pelvis. Doctor came in this a.m. and said he was thrilled with the way the bones are healing. He said considering the extent of the injuries it was really amazing. He took pins out of hand and cast off of arm. Now this afternoon they will start serious therapy on his hand and arm. This is supposed to be quiet painful because his arm has been in such a strange position for so long, now they have to rotate it. He can now start putting weight on his left leg, and the pain will be his guide. If it hurts then he is doing too much. We could not be happier!
