Today was still not a great day, but so much better than yesterday. Dave had his last shot of demerol at 10:30 a.m., and hopefully he will not need any more. He has slept off and on all day, which probably means he will not sleep very well tonight. I'm not sure how he is going to do PT tomorrow because he cannot wear a shoe. Dr. Risko called and ordered an x-ray of Dave's pelvis, left arm and hand, and left femur. I hope this shows a lot of healing, and hopefully he will be able to start putting a little more weight on his left leg. I believe the doc will be here tomorrow morning. He asked that x-rays be read and put in his chart as soon as possible. He wants to be able to see them when he gets here.
